Meet Dr. Austin Pollack
A Gonstead-focused chiropractor who believes better care starts with understanding the person first.
Dr. Austin founded For Health Chiropractic to provide a more thoughtful, individualized approach to chiropractic care in Warminster and throughout Bucks County.
Rather than beginning with a preset treatment routine, his approach starts with listening, assessment, and understanding what may actually be relevant to the way each patient feels and moves.
Why Chiropractic?
Dr. Austin's Interest in Chiropractic is Personal
Dr. Austin's path into chiropractic was shaped in part by watching his mother go through eight spine surgeries.
Seeing someone close to him deal with significant spinal problems gave him an early appreciation for how much musculoskeletal health can affect everyday life.
His interest in chiropractic grew from wanting to better understand the body, movement, and conservative approaches to musculoskeletal care.
As a former athlete, Dr. Austin also experienced firsthand how physical stress, recovery, mobility, and staying active can shape the way someone feels and performs.
These experiences ultimately influenced the type of practice he wanted to build: one centered on careful assessment, individualized recommendations, and helping patients better understand what is going on with their bodies.

How Dr. Austin Thinks About Care
Assess Before You Assume
“The goal isn't to give every patient the same adjustment. It's to understand what appears relevant to the person in front of you.”
Symptoms alone do not always tell the whole story. Dr. Austin considers the patient's history, goals, movement, posture, mobility, spinal function, musculoskeletal findings, and other relevant information before making recommendations. That assessment-first philosophy is influenced heavily by Gonstead chiropractic principles.

A Gonstead-Focused Approach
Hours of Training in Advanced Chiropractic Techniques
Dr. Austin has invested extensively in developing his approach to chiropractic assessment and care. Gonstead principles appeal to him because they emphasize detailed evaluation, understanding the individual patient, and targeted recommendations rather than assuming every person needs the same thing.
